| Vulnerability Description A memory corruption vulnerability has been reported in Adobe Flash Player. Adobe Flash Player is a multimedia and application player that renders Shockwave Flash (SWF) files. A remote attacker may exploit this vulnerability to create a memory corruption condition. A Successful exploitation attempt will cause the application to crash or enable an attacker to execute code on an affected system. |

Vulnerability Details This is a memory corruption vulnerability. The vulnerability is due to an error in the application when processing ActionScript BitmapData objects in SWF files. A remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability by enticing an unsuspecting victim to open a web page containing specially crafted SWF files. |
Protection Overview
