| Vulnerability Description A memory corruption vulnerability has been discovered in Apple Safari. Safari is a web browsing application developed by Apple. A remote attacker could exploit this issue by convincing a user to open a maliciously crafted HTML, which may allow the attacker to execute arbitrary code on the affected system. |

Vulnerability Details The vulnerability is due to a use-after-free error when handling HTML elements containing right-to-left displayed text. A remote attacker may exploit this issue to execute arbitrary code on the target machine by enticing a user into opening a specially crafted HTML document. Successful exploitation of this vulnerability may cause the application to terminate abnormally and allow execution of arbitrary code on the affected system. |
