More than 150 Investors and Financial Analysts Hear Check Point Executives and Partners Outline Growth Strategy and Vision for Next-Generation Internet Security


REDWOOD CITY, Calif. Jan. 30, 2001 -- At its annual Investor's Day, Check Point Software Technologies, (NASDAQ: CHKP), the worldwide leader in securing the Internet, outlined its growth strategies to an influential group of more than 150 investors and leading financial analysts.  The conference, held Jan. 25, 2001, at The Mark Hopkins Inter-Continental Hotel in San Francisco, Calif., featured presentations by Check Point's senior executives, partners and customers on topics ranging from Check Point's market-leading technology, delivering world-class integrated security solutions to small and medium businesses, and trends in next generation Internet security.  Additionally, presenters emphasized the significant opportunities associated with increasing customer requirements for managed security services - projected to be one of the fastest growing areas of the security market, according to guest speaker and IDC Senior Analyst Allan Carey.
