NTT Communications Chooses Check Point Software for Managed Internet Security Solutions
Leading Japanese Telecommunications Provider Bases New "OCN FireWall Management Service" on Check Point FireWall-1 and Provider-1
Tokyo, JAPAN - May 30, 2002 - Check Point Software Technologies Ltd. (NASDAQ: CHKP), the worldwide leader in securing the Internet, today announced that NTT Communications Corporation (NTT Com), Japan's leading telecommunications provider, will incorporate Check Point Provider-1® and FireWall-1® into its new managed security "OCN FireWall Management Service" to protect the business communications of thousands of companies throughout Japan.

NTT Com will deploy Check Point's FireWall-1 at customer gateways to ensure that all communications attempting to cross from one network to the other meet customers' security policies.
