Check Point Software to Announce First Quarter Results on April 15, 2003

REDWOOD CITY, Calif. - April 2, 2003 - Check Point Software Technologies Ltd. (NASDAQ: CHKP), the worldwide leader in securing the Internet, today announced that it will release its financial results for the period ended March 31, 2003, before the U.S. financial markets open on Tuesday, April 15, 2003.
